Defects

Sometimes printing goes wrong. We hate this as much as you!

If you receive a product with a defect, please email us a picture where the mistake can be clearly seen, within 30 days of when you received the item.

We’ll then find the best solution for you.

Here's what we consider a defect:

  • Misprint

  • Faded print

  • Arrived stained

  • Flex peeling off

  • Holes on the product

We use the picture you send us to document the issues and to make sure we can learn from them!


Wrong Item

This one is especially annoying, but thankfully, happens very rarely.

Please email us a picture showing the wrong product and the packaging it came in, within 30 days of when you received the item.

If your order clearly shows a different item to the one you received, we will send you a replacement or a full refund (including postage costs), whichever you prefer.


Delivery Issues

Didn’t arrive

For packages lost in transit, you’ll have to let us know within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we will do our best to find a solution, but we may struggle to refund you the full amount.

Wrong address 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You’ll have to pay for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you’ll have to pay the cost of a reshipment.


Returns

Like most small businesses, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for items that you’re unhappy with for reasons other than a defect, wrong item or a delivery failure. We do our best to resolve issues on a case by case basis, so please get in touch if you have any issues. Always double check size charts before you order!
